What if we add a system, where the design will be submitted by the user, and
if he can sell the t-shirt design to his followers, he will earn 20% of the
t-shirt MRP! So, if the tshirt is 600 INR, he will earn 150 INR per sale.
We can also add a referral program on top of it. Referred commission will be 5%, but it will get deducted from the users money. So, if someone else refers, design owner will get 15%.
Official Design system should be quick. (like Zaara)
Only Limited edition t-shirts (scarcity will attract users)
Legality of Print on demand and commission system must be checked!
