Download Files app from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marc.files

After downloading and given the access go to
Android-> Data -> org.telegram.messenger -> Files -> Telegram -> Telegram video -
Go back to telegram and make sure you are in the private channel and the videos you are watching are completely downloaded.

Hold press on videos and copy them to any other folder you wish.
